Feeling Blue

Nah...its not the monday morning blues for sure...I wore blue to work today...Blue is a lovely rich colour.

Turquoise blue with platinum silver is a scintillating combination that goes well with any occassion. I am not saying its the colour of the season either!

Getting back to the mental and spiritual manifestation of the hues of blues , its a movie which I saw that got me feeling really disturbed.

New York , a film by Kabir Khan starring John,Katrina and Neil. I loved the music. But the potrayal of the torture of detention as a terror suspect in the 9/11 attack was heart wrenching.

So many innocent people are in depression and suffer severe stress pangs till date.

What did they do to deserve this? Any sane human who enters the detention cell as a law abiding , nation loving citizen is bound to come out as a violent suppressed monster hungrily seeking revenge.

He has been stripped of the most fundamental right ... the right to hold his head high in society and walk on the planet as a free being. Is it asking for too much?

It got me thinking , we are in the age of kalyug , our own karma is catching up with us , we are guilty each and every one of us for creating frankensteins. Its all our own doing.

The web is getting thicker and we are getting embedded in it. Trapped. Forever.

There is no escape now. Or is there?
